Dean Windass
Position: Forward
Height: 5'9
Weight: 12st 3lbs
Date of Birth: 1969-04-01 Hull, England

Born on April Fools' Day in 1969, Dean Windass began his career at North Ferriby United in 1990.
He was snapped up by Hull City in 1991 and after scoring 57 goals in a four year period with the Tigers he was bought by Aberden in 1995.
Two successful campaigns in in Scotland followed, before he was sold to Ocford United in 1998.
He lasted just a year with Oxford before joining Bradford for two seasons.
Two more successful campaigns followed, and this attracted the attention of Tery Venebles, who signed Windass for Middlesbrough in 2001.
However, Windass struggled with the pace of the Premier League and, after short loan stints at Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United, he signed for the latter on a permanent basis in 2003.
He stayed at Bramall Lane for just a matter of months, before he rejoined Bradford for a wildly successful four year stint.
In 2007, he joined Hull on loan, and his career came full circle later that year as he rejoined the Tigers permanently.
Now pushing 40, Windass proved his talent by scoring the winning goal in Hull's Play-Off Final victory over Bristol City at the end of the 2007/08 campaign, and he will be hoping to make his mark on the top level in 08/09.

Which of the following will be your new year's resolution for 2009?
